During your 60-minute appointment, we begin with a complimentary digital x-ray and/or photos to assess your orthodontic needs. In your meeting with Dr. Alkhoury/Dr. Aswad and our Treatment Coordinator, we’ll thoroughly discuss these findings and address any concerns you have.

Initial Patient Exam – Multiple Treatment Outcomes
At your first visit, you’ll receive one of three outcomes:
- No treatment is necessary.
- Treatment is recommended, but not immediately.
- Treatment is advised at this time.
If future treatment might be needed but isn’t urgent now, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit to allow for proper growth, tooth eruption, or other developmental factors.
For immediate treatment needs, we’ll discuss your options, treatment duration, potential consequences of delaying treatment, associated costs, and available financial arrangements.

Unique Orthodontic Treatment With Personalized Care
Once a patient is ready to begin treatment, we will schedule a visit to capture orthodontic records, including digital orthodontic x-rays, an intraoral 3D scan of the teeth, and a bite
registration if not already taken. These records enable our doctors to carefully evaluate and determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
Depending on the complexity and severity of the orthodontic issue, treatment may commence on the same day these records are taken or at a subsequent appointment following a detailed discussion with the doctor about the treatment plan and available options.
